How do I book a room?

How many people can fit in a room?
We have a range of room sizes. Smaller booths are perfect for 4β6 people and our larger rooms can host bigger groups of up to 50 people. Tell us your group size when you book and we'll match you to the right room.
Do you serve food and drinks?
Yes β we offer a full kitchen KTV with Chinese food, street food, snacks, sharing plates, cocktails, and drinks. You can check out our latest options in the Food Menu.
Can I celebrate birthdays or special occasions?
Absolutely. We're popular for birthdays, society socials, pre-drinks and after drinks parties. Let us know if you're celebrating and we'll help make it special.
Is there a minimum spend or deposit?
There is a minimum spend of Β£25 per person which all goes towards your food and drinks spending.
No room fee or deposit required.

What are your age restrictions?
Level 8 KTV is open to all ages, but you must be 18+ to consume alcohol. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, so please bring valid ID (passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo ID) if you look under 25.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking. Please contact us as soon as possible by calling 0161 247 7999, by WhatsApp or through our contact page. We appreciate advance notice for any changes or cancellations.
Is there parking available?
We're located in Manchester's Gay Village (Canal Street), which has limited street parking on the surrounding streets. There are several paid car parks nearby, including NCP car parks. We recommend using public transport or taxis, especially for late-night visits. The venue is easily accessible by tram, bus or on foot from the city centre.
What songs are available?
We have an extensive song library with thousands of songs in multiple languages including English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai and more. Our karaoke system includes popular hits, classics and the latest chart-toppers. You can browse and search songs directly from your room's karaoke system. It is updated every 1-2 weeks automatically to include the latest songs.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. We offer a complete menu with Chinese food, street food, snacks, cocktails and drinks. Our menu is designed to complement your karaoke experience and all food and drinks must be purchased from our venue.
