Welcome to Level 8 KTV. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking Information

1.1 Reservations and Deposits

All online bookings require a valid payment card to secure your reservation. A deposit of 20% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable as long as cancellations or amendments are made more than 24 hours before booking in writing via email or WhatsApp.

1.2 Age Verification

We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under the age of 25, you will be asked to provide valid photographic identification to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid passport, UK driving licence, eVisa, or a PASS-accredited proof of age card.

1.3 Booking Modifications

Room allocations are determined by group size to ensure optimal service and comfort. Any changes to your booking, including group size adjustments, must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. We reserve the right to apply charges for cancellations or reductions in group size made without adequate notice. Such charges are non-refundable.

1.4 Late Arrivals

Your reserved time slot will be held for 15 minutes from your confirmed booking time. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to accommodate late arrivals, during peak periods this will be subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that your original room will remain available.

Please note that during busy periods, late arrivals will not receive additional time to compensate for their delay. We recommend allowing sufficient time for travel and check-in to ensure you can enjoy your full booking period.

1.5 Package and Tariff Selection

All members of the same booking party must select the same tariff or package option. Any remaining bar credit that has not been used during your visit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

1.6 Booking Extensions

Should you wish to extend your booking during your visit, extensions will be charged based on the number of persons in your original booking unless you have notified a member of our staff in advance of any changes to your party size.

1.7 Availability

All bookings, extensions, and package options are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions.

1.8 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Special pricing may apply during bank holidays and other special occasions. Please check current pricing at the time of booking.

1.9 Service Charges

A service charge of 10% will be applied to all bookings.

1.10 Bank Holidays

Special terms and pricing apply on Boxing Day (26th December) and New Year's Day (1st January). Please check with us when booking for these dates.

2. Venue Information

2.1 Age Restrictions

All guests must be 18 years of age or over. Valid photographic identification must be presented and scanned upon arrival. This is a mandatory requirement under our premises licence, and entry will be refused without valid identification.

2.2 Children's Parties

In the case of children's parties, all guests must leave the premises before 10:00 PM. No alcohol may be consumed in the same room as underage parties. All children must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 at all times.

2.3 Entry Policy

Level 8 KTV maintains a strict entry policy to ensure a safe and secure environment for all our guests. We are committed to providing an enjoyable experience where guests can relax and have fun in a welcoming atmosphere.

2.4 CCTV

For the safety and security of all guests and staff, Level 8 KTV operates 24-hour CCTV surveillance throughout the premises.

2.5 Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected from you is handled in strict confidence and in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

2.6 Behavioural Standards

Level 8 KTV has a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive, abusive, or violent behaviour directed at our staff or any member of the public on our premises. Any person found to be in violation of this policy may be immediately removed from the premises at the discretion of our security personnel and management.

2.7 Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person at any time at the discretion of our door supervisors and management team.

2.8 Damages and Charges

We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused intentionally or through negligence, for lost or stolen equipment, and for smoking or drug use within any area of the venue. Any person found to be in violation may be removed from the premises and may be liable for additional charges.

3. General Terms

3.1 Liability

Level 8 KTV accepts no liability for personal belongings left unattended on the premises. We recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.

3.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
